- Build – up Branch sales strategies; develop and implement Sales Plans.
- Take responsibilities for the Branch’s performance, directly lead, control, and manage the Branch’s sales operations.
- Develop branch marketing strategies, action plan, budget and implement properly.
- Analyse business environment, market, competitors.
- Coordinate with Head Office to increase effectiveness and expand business operation.
- Strengthen relationships with key customers, business partners, and related governmental institutions.
- Monitor and ensure the daily sales and marketing activities of branches, manage account receivable and stock level for efficient operation.
- Make relevant reports such as periodical operation report and report required by the management.
- Other tasks and secondary duties as assigned by the management.
- Education: BA degree, preferably in technical, engineering, construction, and manufacturing.
- Experience: At least 5 year-experience at similar position. Good at technical experience to Company products
- Knowledge: well understand the Company products, good at customer relation
- Skills: strong analytical skill, excellent communication & interpersonal skills, strong leadership and influencing skill, good problem solving and time management skills, good training and presentation skill, computer literacy
- Other requirements: Structured & result-oriented, fluent in English (both communication & writing), well organized and be able to work well with other functions, strong personality & self-confident, integrity, be honest and hardworking.
