Job Description:
- This role is pivotal in shaping and guiding Vietnam Sales team to achieve business targets and objectives:
- Maximise all sales opportunities through B2B activity including regular outcall activity as well as face to face meeting with customers regularly.
- Proactively seek out to win new business opportunities for the company.
- Defend and grow (cross selling) existing revenue streams through excellent account management to build long-term relationships.
- Build strong internal relationships with other departments to drive business objectives.
- Effective use of questioning and listening techniques to understand the customer’s application requirements to maximize cross selling of full product ranges.
- Prepare and follow up sales quotations to customers, prospects and leads documenting all activity in internal system
- Regular maintenance of accurate customer records and opportunity management in internal database.
- Participate enthusiastically in specific projects (business development and market research) and team activities when called upon.
- Attend trainings and develop relevant knowledge, techniques and skills.
- Provide additional support for the inbound customer sales & service team when required.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of company’s product range.
- Coordinate with Head of Human Resource to build up policies and procedures for full cycle of sales department based in existing internal resources.
- Participate in team briefings and ensure regular communication with team members to address issues and develop a wider range of skills
- Bachelor's or master's degrees in business administration or related majors.
- At least 5~7 years of experience at similar positions in garment, textile or relevant industries.
- Experience in B2B sales within manufacturing or industrial processing environment.
- Proficiency in Chinese/Mandarin is required.
- Proficiency in English is a plus.
- Proven track record of sales territory growth and new business development.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to engage effectively with customer at C’s levels.
- Proven ability in planning and implementing sales strategies.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a focused determination to secure business opportunities.
- Strong business sense and industry expertise.
- Successful previous experience in leading sales team to consistently meet and exceed targets.
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
