Job Title: Senior Account Manager - Grocery (FMCG, F&B)

Location: HCMC

Position Overview:

As a Senior Account Manager for the Grocery category, you will play a pivotal role in managing and growing relationships with key partners within the FMCG and F&B sector. You will be responsible for driving revenue, optimizing product listings, and ensuring the success of our grocery category on our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key grocery suppliers, overseeing their entire lifecycle with the platform.

  2. Sales Growth: Drive revenue growth for the Grocery category through effective account management, negotiation, and partnership development.

  3. Category Expertise: Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics within the FMCG and F&B sector to make data-driven decisions and develop a deep understanding of the category.

  4. Product Listing Optimization: Work closely with suppliers to ensure product listings are attractive, accurate, and optimized for sales.

  5. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement strategies for category growth, including marketing, supply chain, and operations.

  6. Performance Monitoring: Regularly analyze KPIs, sales metrics, and market data to identify opportunities for improvement and revenue enhancement.

  7. Forecasting and Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on category performance to senior management, and develop forecasts and budgets.

  8. Negotiation: Negotiate terms, pricing, and promotional strategies with suppliers to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in account management within the FMCG or F&B sector, preferably in e-commerce or retail.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Data-driven and analytical mindset, with the ability to use data to make informed decisions.
  • Proactive and results-oriented, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and technologies is a plus.
