Our client is a prominent industrial logistics real estate player, is looking for a Senior Manager to expand its customer base, strengthen relationships, and maximize leasing opportunities across its portfolio, targeting MNCs and local clients in key sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and go hunting new business opportunities with MNC and local clients in Retail, FMCG, Technology, Automotive, 3PL, Express, and Ecommerce, etc.
- Develop localized value propositions and integrate them into broader customer strategies.
- Grow regional presence and leasing pipeline
- Collaborate with investment and project teams to drive revenue growth.
- Build a diverse client pool to boost leasing potential.
- Ensure smooth client onboarding and contract compliance.
- Master/Bachelor degree from top universities.
- At least 5+ years in B2B sales hunter/commercial roles within industrial logistics real estate/property with a proven track record.
- Strong network and client base in Industrial Logistics Real Estate.
- Deep knowledge of customer needs and operational demands within Industrial Logistics Real Estate industry.
- Proven ability to enhance market visibility, customer engagement, and network expansion.
- Customer-focused mindset with a knack for delivering tailored solutions.
- Skilled at identifying client requirements and translating them into actionable opportunities.
- Energetic, proactive, and results-oriented with a self-starter attitude and adaptability.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities in both Vietnamese and English.
- Proficiency in Chinese is highly advantageous.
