Location: [HCM, D1] [Term 6 months]
I. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Compensation & Benefits (C&B):
Minimum of eight years of experience in various aspects of C&B, including Payroll, Personal Income Tax (PIT) declaration, PIT Finalization, Contract Management, Social Insurance (SI) reports, etc.
Having the ability to reconcile PIT for Expat within most 3 recent years, familiar with Expatriate PIT and mobility services.
Trade Union: Familiarity with Trade Union activities and requirements.
Company Activities: Ability to participate in and manage company events and activities.
Filing System Structuring: Proficiency in organizing and maintaining a structured filing system.
Employee Relations: Strong skills in managing and improving employee relations.
Ad-hoc Tasks: Willingness to take on additional tasks as assigned by the Human Resource Manager (HRM).
Behaviour: friendly, teamwork, responsible, and able to work independently.
Service contract term: 6 months, starting immediately
II . QUALIFICATIONS:
More than 5 years of experience working in compensation and benefits policies, guidelines, and protocols
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work with cross-functional teams
Ability to handle confidential information with tact and discretion
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Economics, Finance, or related field; Master's degree in HR or Business Administration preferred
Experience with HRIS, HR analytics, and/or data visualization software is a plus

Working time: Monday to Friday
Working hours: 8:30 ~ 17:30
