*JOB OVERVIEW
Your main responsibility is to handle the operating tasks at the Convenience Accounts, Staffing & Outsourcing team, bringing excellent services to our valued clients and associates. You will work closely with Manager of Convenience, Staffing & Outsourcing North Vietnam.
*JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Client Supervise and Support
Guide and supervise the members in project team to process recruitment, payroll
Work closely with client to ensure the quality of service
Coordinate team members to support projects in time
Assist manager to build and supervise project, work with clients, etc.
2. HR task
New hires/ Termination/Payroll data: coordinate with payroll/recruitment team to deliver service on time
Training: coordination of training preparation with HR: associates list for training, liaison and set up with clients/staff for training
Liaison with associates to catch up their status in working place
Cooperate HR team to process SMUI reports and issues: obtain new MI card, social books closure
Support team in improvement payroll and recruitment process
Meeting with associates to settle issues/ Periodical calling associates for catch up as assigned
3. Accounting & Financial tasks
Coordinate with Delivery team to process Pro-forma invoices for charging clients and follow up the transfer from clients
Reconciliation outsourcing cost to Finance
4. Others
Communicate with clients on daily operational matters
Admin tasks: managing facilities such as travel, car rent, telephone, internet, etc. of associates, process and manage gifts in events/ public holiday…
Monthly reports to client as required
Other tasks as assigned
*REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must have bachelor’s degree in business administration/ economics or related fields
- At least 3 years of professional experience in human resources or related services
- Must possess effective communication skills (written and verbal). Solid on-site experience
- Good experience in HR major and customer service industry
- Good understand of local labor law and regulations
- Good command of English (4 skills)
