Position Summary / Job Purpose
The Senior Executive - Sales is responsible for managing business partners and a designated market area to achieve turnover and profit objectives, ensuring alignment with the company’s mid- and long-term strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with business partners and key accounts, providing sales and product training, monitoring performance, and taking necessary actions within the Area Sales Manager mandate.
- Gather, consolidate, and analyze internal and external sales and marketing data to support decision-making.
- Manage business partner forecasts and oversee product phase-in/out processes in collaboration with marketing and supply chain teams.
- Achieve annual sales targets for the assigned market area.
- Drive market growth and ensure market share expansion in the designated territory.
- Collect and analyze market insights and competitor information to inform strategy and action planning.
Specific Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
- 4 years of sales experience in an international environment.
- Knowledge of Over-The-Counter (OTC) sales, the pharmaceutical market, or medical industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in English (both written and verbal).
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent negotiation skills.
