Position Summary / Job Purpose

The Senior Executive - Sales is responsible for managing business partners and a designated market area to achieve turnover and profit objectives, ensuring alignment with the company’s mid- and long-term strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with business partners and key accounts, providing sales and product training, monitoring performance, and taking necessary actions within the Area Sales Manager mandate.
  2. Gather, consolidate, and analyze internal and external sales and marketing data to support decision-making.
  3. Manage business partner forecasts and oversee product phase-in/out processes in collaboration with marketing and supply chain teams.
  4. Achieve annual sales targets for the assigned market area.
  5. Drive market growth and ensure market share expansion in the designated territory.
  6. Collect and analyze market insights and competitor information to inform strategy and action planning.

Specific Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

  • 4 years of sales experience in an international environment.
  • Knowledge of Over-The-Counter (OTC) sales, the pharmaceutical market, or medical industry is a plus.
  • Proficiency in English (both written and verbal).
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
