Key responsibilities:
• Support to manage full spectrum of Human Resources services covering the employment life cycle, focusing on the implementation of HR policies, C&B Management, and other HR projects.
• HR Policies: Review and update company policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure all are up-to-date and in compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Research, analyze information and propose ideas to build and develop the Company's human resources policy system.
• Participate in developing and implementing reports related to the field of Labor Law according to state regulations.
• Participate in opinions and contributions to build HR software suitable to the company's characteristics.
• Participate in building a personnel list for the whole company.
• Participate in building policies related to salaries, bonuses, and benefits appropriate to the Company's characteristics.
• C&B: Assist HRM in managing the work related to remuneration, insurance, monthly payroll, and benefits.
• Expat Issues: Be responsible for Visa/work-permit of expats.
• Review of workflow and make recommendations for continuous enhancement.
• Other tasks as required.
Skills request:
• Well-versed in Vietnamese labor law, HR Practices, and regulations.-
Detail- oriented, able to manage and work with sensitive data.
• Language Skills: Excellent commands of English
• Good organization, time-management & multi-tasking skills.
• Proficient in office computer skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
Other Requirements:
• Gender: Female/Male
• Age: 28 ~ 35
• Qualification: bachelor’s degree in labor economics, Human Resource Management, Law or any related major
• A minimum of 5 yCareears in a similar role
• fully, hardworking, and able to work well under pressure, dynamic, team spirit and have good communication skills.
• Familiar with the Japanese work environment is an advantage.
• Priority is given to having experience working in factories or multinational corporations or big 4 companies.
