Responsibilities:
- Leads the development of the business plan for designated geography/ category of partnerships ensuring alignment with the wider market plan.
- Identifies and progresses opportunities to grow business within the designated geography/category, to maximize revenue and brand impact
- Owns, monitors and ensures the delivery of key performance indicators and targets for employer relationships within designated geography/ category
- Personally leads a number of significant partner relationships, ensuring these are appropriately developed and managed to deliver and exceed agreed KPIs and targets
- Ensures that multi-level relationship plans are in place for employers within designated geography/ category
- Concludes agreements with employers for commercial relationships that deliver against KPIs and targets
- Collaborates with colleagues locally and regionally to leverage and to consistently apply global solutions and approaches to meet the needs of employers
Requirements:
- Educated to degree level, relevant post graduate/ professional qualification would be advantageous
- Strong track record in business development and business-to-business selling, ideally in a professional service or education environment
- Knowledge of business development frameworks, processes and techniques
- Understanding of accountancy and local regulatory frameworks (desirable)
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build long term, high quality, trusted relationships up to and including board level
- Strong communicator with excellent oral and written presentation skills
- Strong networker and prospector at all levels with excellent influencing and negotiation skills
- Commercially orientated and results driven with a track record of successful delivery
