Responsibilities:
  • Leads the development of the business plan for designated geography/ category of partnerships ensuring alignment with the wider market plan.
  • Identifies and progresses opportunities to grow business within the designated geography/category, to maximize revenue and brand impact
  • Owns, monitors and ensures the delivery of key performance indicators and targets for employer relationships within designated geography/ category
  • Personally leads a number of significant partner relationships, ensuring these are appropriately developed and managed to deliver and exceed agreed KPIs and targets
  • Ensures that multi-level relationship plans are in place for employers within designated geography/ category
  • Concludes agreements with employers for commercial relationships that deliver against KPIs and targets
  • Collaborates with colleagues locally and regionally to leverage and to consistently apply global solutions and approaches to meet the needs of employers

Requirements:
  • Educated to degree level, relevant post graduate/ professional qualification would be advantageous
  • Strong track record in business development and business-to-business selling, ideally in a professional service or education environment
  • Knowledge of business development frameworks, processes and techniques
  • Understanding of accountancy and local regulatory frameworks (desirable)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build long term, high quality, trusted relationships up to and including board level
  • Strong communicator with excellent oral and written presentation skills
  • Strong networker and prospector at all levels with excellent influencing and negotiation skills
  • Commercially orientated and results driven with a track record of successful delivery
