Must-Have Requirements:
▫ Prefer candidate based in Ho Chi Minh City
▫ Open to candidates from various industries with a
background in manufacturing
▫ Language: Fluent in Chinese and English.
▫ Minimum 5 years of experience, with a preference for
prior experience in recruiting for office roles in mid to
large-sized companies.
▫ Understanding of Local Market:
− Experience in recruiting for the Vietnamese market,
with a solid understanding of local talent trends,
compensation structures, and cultural factors.
▫ Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
− Experienced in managing recruitment for largescale operations, including strategies, onboarding,
and workforce development.
− Expertise in recruitment branding to attract top
talent and promote the employer brand.
▫ Communication & Stakeholder Management:
− Excellent communication skills to interact with all
levels of employees, senior leadership, and
external partners.
− Ability to influence and negotiate with key
stakeholders
▫ Cultural Adaptability & Diversity:
− Understanding and managing a diverse workforce,
with the ability to foster an inclusive and culturally
sensitive work environment.
