- Developing and implementing business strategies to achieve/exceed KPIs and profit targets.
- Managing the credit portfolio to ensure lending quality and compliance with bank policies/regulations.
- Efficiently managing expenses within the approved budget.
IV. Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with the Regional Director to establish annual targets and budgets.
- Align business goals with the Regional Director.
- Develop operational plans and review them with the Regional Director.
2. Resource Allocation and Supervision
- Coordinate with the Business Management Office (BMO) to assign targets/KPIs to staff.
- Manage operational expenses within budget limits.
- Appoint officers and recruit suitable personnel to drive business growth.
3. Business Performance Management
- Drive revenue and pre-tax profit growth while optimizing cost efficiency.
- Ensure the quality of credit approval proposals and control the quality of the loan portfolio (e.g., non-performing loans).
- Improve operational metrics: increasing outstanding loans, acquiring new customers, enhancing products per customer, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
4. Ensuring Service and Sales Quality
- Manage daily sales and service delivery activities.
- Ensure fast and efficient credit processing times.
- Implement programs to attract MSME customers and develop potential clients.
- Approve expenses within the authorized scope.
5. Strategy and Marketing Implementation
- Execute marketing programs and product campaigns as guided by the Head Office.
- Proactively develop and implement the center's unique programs when necessary.
- Manage community relationships and develop local customer leads.
6. Personnel Management and Development
- Monitor and manage actual business performance against budget and targets.
- Evaluate employee performance and provide development directions.
- Train and coach sales staff on CRM skills, sales funnel management, and productivity improvement.
7. Leadership and Development Orientation
- Foster a professional, cohesive, and friendly work environment.
- Provide career orientation, training, and development for the center's staff.
