- Oversee and cultivate all social media platforms, with a particular emphasis on TikTok.
- Manage and foster the company's marketing channels either directly or in partnership with content, image, and video production agencies.
- Lead the marketing strategy for the company's products and services through communication channels.
- Stay abreast of trends and facilitate social media engagement to suggest innovative approaches that fuel company growth.
- Curate and advance content (articles, images, videos, etc.) on social media channels to ensure it is imaginative, captivating, and tailored to the target audience.
- Formulate shortterm and long-term strategies to amplify brand visibility across all platforms, with a specific focus on TikTok.
- Research and stay updated on the latest social media trends, emerging tools, and technologies relevant to work progression.
- Strategize and oversee communication content:
- Develop and implement a holistic content strategy that aligns with business goals and brand identity, emphasizing the creation of compelling, topnotch content to engage, expand, and retain the target audience.
- Maintain a structured weekly content schedule to ensure punctual delivery and content accuracy.
- Supervise multiple content channels including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, ensuring the accuracy and relevance of content shared with customers.
- Monitor content performance metrics using analytics tools, evaluating traffic, engagement, and conversion rates to pinpoint optimization opportunities.
- Collaborate with and manage agencies:
- Identify and recommend agencies for communication and brand development coordination.
- Ensure agency performance does not impede workflow.
- Engage directly with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and Key Opinion Consumers (KOCs), influencers in the Food & Beverage industry, to endorse the brand.
- Generate comprehensive reports: Track, analyze, and report on platform activities, proposing enhancements to boost efficiency.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as delegated by the Management Committee.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital, or a related field.
- Possess a minimum of 45 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Media, or Communication.
- Demonstrate outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Vietnamese.
- Prior exposure to ecommerce and influencer marketing, along with familiarity with KOL, is advantageous.
