2. Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute recruitment strategy & plans in the Southern Region to meet the company’s business staffing needs.
- Manage, lead, and train the recruitment team, ensuring high performance and recruitment quality.
- Optimize and enhance the end-to-end recruitment life cycle, from sourcing and assessing candidates to interviewing and onboarding.
- Build a strong talent pipeline, expand recruitment channels, and strengthen the employer brand in the region.
- Directly participate in hiring for critical positions and support management in evaluating key candidates.
- Monitor and evaluate recruitment effectiveness, analyze data to improve hiring quality and speed.
- Prepare regular reports on recruitment activities and propose solutions to enhance recruitment efficiency.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in B2B Sales or commercial roles.
- At least 1-2 years of leadership experience in managing a recruitment team.
- Strong understanding of the Southern Region's labor market, especially in business, technology, or software sectors.
- Proven expertise in talent sourcing, attraction strategies, and headhunting, with experience using recruitment platforms and social recruiting.
- Strong skills in team training and development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with data-driven recruitment, measure hiring effectiveness, and optimize processes.
