Our client is a global logistic service provider in various fields of Automotive, Consumer, Industrial and Retails market. In VN, they are one of top consolidator in Retail sectors, providing a range of supply chain and logistic solutions. This position is responsible for managing all kind of timely and accurate movement of freight and information, he/she has to provide excellent customer service for delivering company commitment to key and complicated customers, meeting day to day Client’s services requirements. Working closely with oversea KAM/ Product team to support them in current biz and new biz. The position also assists IFS Supervisor in trade lanes development, to onboard new IFS CSR, new clients. He/she also participate in upselling VLP services to vendors and generate new business for company.
Core Responsibilities:
1. Handle IFS Accounts (85%)

Core Responsibilities:
1. Handle IFS Accounts (85%)
- Execute established processes and audit measures to support and meet customers’ requirements at agreed level.
- Execute and adhere to customers service requirements from LPs/FAPs to Bookings, Cargo movement, Data Transmission, Invoicing.
- Problem resolution – ensure issues are tackled immediately and escalate to Customer Service
- Team Lead/ Supervisor when there is potential cost impact.
- Streamline processes to achieve cost savings and ensure profitability
- Ensure periodic variances explanations for KPI performance measurement are provided in timely and accurate manner.
- Periodic review of costs and revenue and ensure positive profit in all service provided.
- Continuously identify service gaps, make recommendations, and implement solutions to enhance greater customers’ satisfaction.
- Liaise with other functional/departmental supervisors/ managers to understand all necessary aspects and needs of operational development from end to end, and to ensure they are fully informed of customer services objectives, purposes, and achievements.
- Ensure smooth and timely freight process flow.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operating system
- Establish and strengthen relationship with customer contact(s) through daily interactions, regular care visits, pro-actively advising, consulting to ensure customer satisfaction in order to maintain and protect company business.
- Meet KPI standards, as per the company procedures
- Work closely with oversea KAM/ Product team to support them in current biz and new biz.
- Understand department process flow, constantly looking for areas of improved efficiency.
- Establish and strengthen relationships with service providers: carriers, trucking companies, vendors, etc.
2. Supporting for IFS Sup (15%)
- Support and develop Vendor Logistics Program with the aim of deepening business relationship and securing new businesses.
- Supporting IFS Sup in providing solutions to solve problem, manage IFS team to handle services smoothly, coaching, training team member, recruitment.

Job requirements:
Qualification:
- Holder of University/ College Degree in Foreign Trade, Economics, Transportation, Logistics or equivalent qualification.
- Having minimum 7-year-working experience in international freight forwarding/ International logistics environment and track record in Customer Services and/or Account management.
- Having good knowledge of Vietnam logistics landscapes is an advantage.
Requirements:
- Good knowledge and experience in foreign trade, logistics management, warehousing and distribution and other supply chain-related services.
- Customer service oriented with the ability to establish strong relationships and interact effectively with customers at various levels and various characteristic.
- Ability to effectively & efficiently adopt/adapt information technology and logistics solutions as an enabler to supply-chain processes.
- Good analytical problem solving.
- Good communication & presentation skills in Vietnamese and English (oral, written and listening).
- Having growth/ Innovation & Commercial mindset.
