**Advanced Technical Sales Support:**

• Work closely with the regional team and equipment vendors to create a comprehensive technical proposal that fully satisfies customer requirements within the ecosystem.
• Regularly update the KUKA robot application to reflect the current needs of the Vietnam market.
• Support the creation of technical proposals, respond to RFPs/RFQs, and ensure all sales documentation is technically accurate.
• Engage with customers to understand their technical needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Partner with the technical service team to deliver timely troubleshooting support for customers, both remotely and on-site.
