We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Country Manager for Vietnam with a specialization in Artists & Repertoire (A&R).
As the Country Manager - Vietnam (A&R), you will play a pivotal role in identifying and signing talented artists, nurturing their careers, and helping them achieve their full potential. You will also be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive our presence and success in the Vietnamese music market.

Key Responsibilities
Artist Discovery and Development:
  • Scout, identify, and sign talented artists and songwriters in Vietnam.
  • Collaborate with artists to help them develop their unique sound and artistic direction.
  • Oversee the recording and production process to ensure the highest quality music output.
Market Expansion:
  • Develop and execute market-specific strategies to expand our presence in Vietnam's music industry.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders, including artists, managers, and music venues.
A&R Strategy:
  • Create and implement an A&R strategy that aligns with our global music objectives.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
Budget P&L Management:
  • Develop and manage budgets for A&R initiatives and marketing campaigns. Ensure cost-effective operations while achieving desired outcomes.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Music, Business, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • At least 5 years of proven experience in Artists & Repertoire (A&R) within the music & entertainment industry, with a track record of discovering and developing successful artists.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Vietnamese music market and industry trends.
  • Strong network and relationships within the local music scene.
  • Exceptional project management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
  • Proficient in Spanish, English and Vietnamese, both written and spoken.
