Making business plan to build and develop the Merchants network
- Based on the company's strategy, market trends, and company resources to propose business strategies and forecast annual/quarterly/monthly sales.
- Making business plans and allocating business targets to Merchants in each period.
- Forecasting and controlling the expenses of the entire Sales staff and Merchants.
Organize and build Merchants management system
- Directly build the process of monitoring and managing Sales/Merchants.
- Directly train, arrange staff for the regional business.
- Making a plan to evaluate the growth potential of Merchants by month/quarter/year.
- Coordinate with other departments to organize events and Trade Marketing activities.
- Control the processes, policies and costs of the Business department to ensure consistency and compliance in the implementation of the plan.
- Working closely with relevant departments to ensure the completion of targets as well as solving problems.
- Making Merchants/Customers survey quarterly.
- Making a close relationship with Merchants, capture the Potential Customers of each Merchant
- Making KPI bonus policy for Sales/Merchants when achieving or exceeding sales
Managing human resource
- Coordinating with HR department to recruit Sale supports
- Making training plan and conducting training on processes, skills, and policies for the Sales team
- Implement internal regulations, policies, proposed business policy for Sales and Merchants
Reports and evaluate
- Analyzing and evaluating revenue by month/quarter/year
- Report results & business status as required
- Provide a roadmap and next implementation plan when achieving or not achieving the required revenue.
REQUIREMENT
- Over 5 years in ASM position at Fintech companies
- Having experience in Managing 10 20 sales staff and more than 100 Merchants
- Having relationships with distributors, regional agents nationwide
- Can use basic English, read and understand business requirements documents, system
- specifications, related project/product documents
- Having knowledge and proficient skills in sales administration, sales team leadership,
- distribution channel development , Marketing Mark e t research
- Understanding of market survey market survey, analyze and make forecasts about market/and make forecasts about market/customer trends…
- Enthusiasm, Enthusiasm, creative, sharp market thinking;, sharp market thinking;

- Degree: University graduate or higher in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing... or related disciplines
