Business Development:
- Develop airfreight strategy to achieve Company‘s Goal.
- Develop new customers/new business/new tradelanes
- Develop agent/network biz by providing the best solution (update weekly rate, promotion rate, follow sales lead, pushing feedback, manage downtrend…)
- Handle the tender/adhoc nominated or freehand biz
- Support develop local controlled business by updating market information /solution.
- Join sales visit
- Strategic Procurement to provide solution to local customers/oversea offices
- Build up and retain strong relationships with Airlines/coloaders/subcontractors.
- Reponsible on Profit & Loss of the Airfreight Department.
- Set clear goals and monitor individual performance indicators.
- Ensure smooth daily operation in compliance with company policies/ regulations/ processes.
- Ensure service excellence, productivity and efficiency.
- Make monthly P& L report and other related reports to manage the business unit
- Review vendor’s performance
- Lead/ Develop /Motivate Team.
- Recruit/Train a new staff if any
- Perform tasks assigned by the Country Manager.
