Assistant Project Sales Manager
Location: Hanoi
RESPONSIBILITIES
• To overall responsibility for B2B sales and customer development of M&E Contractors, Industrial Users, Project Owners and Consultant by providing customer value through technical and commercial expertise and engineering knowledge.
• Following CE projects to achieve B2B target
• To understand and communicate customer requirements to B2B Sales Project Manager.
• To achieve assigned B2B sales and customer development quota through concentrating on Commercial customer acquisition and development.
• To perform daily selling activities i.e., identifying sales opportunities, organizing, proposals, asking for and acquiring order.
• To co-ordinate with other processes to ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
• To support team in all marketing activities to develop our image to all kinds of customer
REQUIREMENTS
• At least 3 experience years on B2B sales project
• Has experience with Hotel & Resort Developer or Contractor is the advantage
• Have technical/engineering/automation/electric/electronic knowledge is an advantage
• Language skills, good understanding of English, written and spoken
• Good at computer skills and relevant software application
• Communication well, widen knowledge about investment of real estate market into Vietnam
• Willing to travel for business trip
• Ability to work in team or independently
• Characteristic: Flexibility and loyalty
