Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Brand Development: Craft and execute comprehensive brand strategies aligned with company goals, ensuring a competitive edge in the wellness market.
  • Campaign Leadership: Oversee the creation and implementation of impactful marketing campaigns that resonate with the target audience, maintaining consistent brand messaging across various channels.
  • Utilize market insights and industry trends to identify opportunities and threats, adapting strategies to evolving market dynamics to sustain brand competitiveness.
  • Monitor brand initiatives using metrics and KPIs, optimizing strategies for continuous improvement and maximum brand impact.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in brand management, preferably in FMCG, e-commerce, and tech industries.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing successful brand strategies.
  • Strong understanding of marketing and advertising techniques in the wellness industry.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, stay current with skincare and supplement market trends, and adapt to new marketing platforms.
  • Ability to work closely with content creators to ensure alignment of content with brand strategy.
