1. Key Buyer Database Development and Management:
- Identify, develop, and maintain database of Key Buyers (exhibition visitors) that consist of:
- Key buyers whose profiles meet our criteria
- Industry influencers
- Commercial attaché of foreign embassies and chambers of commerce of target countries
- Buyer associations, groups, and clubs
- Build and nourish strong, long-term, and beneficial relationships with Key Buyers via:
- Courtesy visits
- Calls and emails
- Joining key events of the key buyers’ organizations
- At-exhibition relations
- Perform phone interviews with Key Buyers or Desk Research to gain insights of the buyers in target industries that we serve and want to tap into, e.g., Industry outlook; Latest, emerging, and upcoming trends; growth opportunities for our shows from buyer perspective; etc. and create industry intelligence that we can use to develop and grow our shows from buyers’ perspectives.
- Monitor and visit key competitor shows to gather the competitors’ SWOT to share with marketing team
- Work with Marketing Manager to analyse post-show exhibitor and visitor surveys and create plans by working with the teams to address pain points and improve customer NPS score, satisfaction, and loyalty.
- Invite Key Buyers to attend our events
- Work with marketing and exhibition management in creating and running Hosted Buyer Programs if needed
- Develop Business Matching and Recommendations program by working with global technology and IT teams so that the service can be available 365 days, anywhere, anytime.
- Collaborate with Business Matching agency to implement business matching services in our exhibitions if needed.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in business/marketing with at least 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably from the exhibition industry
- Presentable with tactful, diplomatic, and good social skills
- Service and analytical minds
- Strong writing and verbal communication skills in English and Vietnamese
- Time management and organizational skills
- Present well, confident, entrepreneurial
- Creative, innovative, and open to new challenges and opportunities
- Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
- Can work both independently and as a team player
- Work with high accuracy and attention to details
- Result-oriented with proactive approach to problem solving
