Job Description:
1.    Market Research & Analysis:
•    Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industries requiring precision-manufactured components.
•    Analyze competitor activities and market trends to develop effective sales strategies.
2.    Client Acquisition:
•    Identify and approach prospective customers in industries such as printing, automotive, home appliance, power tools and industrial machinery.
•    Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to showcase the company’s capabilities in precision manufacturing.
3.    Account Management:
•    Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
•    Act as a point of contact for clients to address their concerns and provide solutions promptly.
4.    Sales Strategy & Targets:
•    Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
•    Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
5.    Collaboration with Teams:
•    Work closely with the engineering and production teams to understand technical specifications and ensure feasibility of client requirements.
•    Coordinate with marketing to create promotional materials tailored to target industries.
6.    Reporting & Documentation:
•    Prepare and present periodic sales reports and forecasts to management.
•    Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups in the BPM system.

Job Requirement:
•    Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. 
•    Working experiences: At least 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, preferably in precision manufacturing, engineering, or B2B sales.
•    Excellent communication both in English (TOEIC 800 & Above ) and either Japanese (N2) or Chinese (HSK6)
•    Good at Microsoft Office: Words, Excel and Power Point
•    Good interaction and interpersonal skills with outgoing personality
•    Have good understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
•    Enjoy travelling to visit customers
