Business Analyst
Provide technical expertise in assessing IT software application and initiatives to improve and support business process.
Manage change requests from users with vendors and at times provide technical recommendation such changes of existing application, where applicable.
Communicate IT Policy, IT plans, risks and issues to business team and stakeholders in a timely manner, as well as escalate any potential issues where required.
Identify opportunities that can improve efficiency of business processes.
Manage and coordinate project related third party relationships (e.g. IT HQ, Hardware providers, and Software vendors).
Driving, enabling, and managing business change and process reengineering where required.
IT Support
Investigate and resolve application functionality related issues, provide first level support, troubleshooting and identify modification needed to meet business processes via ticketing system
Manage and support IT issues at Office and sites.
Assist network administrator with application installation and testing.
Assist office automation product where needed. (e.g. door access, printer, etc)
Serve as a single point of contact for assigned application.
Ensure IT assets are properly managed.
Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and other IT related devices.
Provide training and training document of application to peers and to users where appropriate.
Qualification
At least 3 years of relevant working experience
Good English communication.
Good learning agility
Possess of strong sense of urgency and quality assurance
Service-minded and Flexible thinking
ITLT knowledge and Practices is a big plus
Basic Networking knowledge (TCP-IP standard)Basic IT Security knowledge
