Job Responsibilities:

  • An independent role focused on expanding new markets and customer base for the organization to drive growth and address capacity limitations at the Vietnam factory.
  • Develop and execute a strategic business plan aimed at expanding international markets and identifying high-margin opportunities.
  • Gain insights into the dynamics of the furniture market, offering product development and sales recommendations to clients.
  • Foster enduring, robust customer relationships by collaborating with clients and comprehending their requirements.
  • Create and prepare marketing materials in both Chinese and English for sales initiatives.
  • Support international marketing efforts.
  • Share information and liaise with international stakeholders, including business merchandisers, the purchasing department, quality assurance department, production department, and R&D department, to process orders effectively.
  • Listen to customer concerns and demands, responding to their needs in the factory's best interest, ensuring impeccable quality services and solutions to satisfy clients.
  • Periodically assess current workflows to pinpoint discrepancies between actual practices and required standards. Identify the underlying reasons preventing the achievement of desired goals based on these discrepancies.
  • Establish and maintain relevant documentation, including records for new product development, delivery schedules, and customer visits.
  • Contribute to team goal and plan development, prioritizing team objectives over individual ones.

Job Requirements:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in the furniture industry.
  • Proficiency in English is essential.
  • Proficiency in Chinese is advantageous.
  • Strong background in international business development, international trade, international furniture customer acquisition, and international exhibition planning.
  • Familiarity with the US and Chinese markets is a plus.
  • Possess good manners, outgoing personality, honesty, passion, and professional demeanor.
  • Proven track record as a sales representative consistently meeting or surpassing targets.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate the entire sales process from planning to closure.
  • Strong business acumen and industry expertise.
