ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Development:

  • Create, identify, and execute new growth opportunities by understanding key customer requirements and translating gaps to business solutions

  • Manage and lead in-country distributor/key accounts in establishing strong presence in retail channel to achieve sales targets (top & bottom-line performance)

  • Gathering of market intelligence on new products, industry trends, competitive development and constant evaluation of potential new product launches

Sales Forecasting, Reporting & Analysis:

  • Responsible for providing country’s sales forecast (12 months rolling), plan shipment of stocks, tracking of performance vs targets and LY performance

  • Review accuracy of country's forecast & rolling estimates against the business plan, market insights, and phasing (listings, distribution build-up, promotions…)

  • Monitor and track sales to distributor and inventories to communicate solid forecasts and make recommendations to further accelerate sales

  • Conduct Monthly/Quarterly business review meetings with distributors and regional team

Product Marketing and Go-to-market Strategy:

  • Work closely with our local distributor to prioritize key business initiatives, formulate and execute strategic plan together locally

  • Provide regular and timely update and progress reports for management on a regular basis

  • Plan marketing calendar and promotion plans to ensure timely implementation

Analyze Sell-out and Stock-on-hand reports:

  • Receive weekly/monthly sell-out and stock-on-hand reports from retailers and consolidate into a summary table

  • Provide general observations and feedback to Sales Director on the reports

  • Updates excel charts and provide analysis from the reports

EXPERIENCE & BACKDROUND

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or similar

  • Minimum 5 years business development experience in CE industry

  • Prior experience in servicing key CE accounts in Vietnam and provinces

  • Strong interest in consumer audio

  • Strong command of English and strong inter-personal skills

  • Self-starter and willingness to be hands-on in order to be able to rectify and solve problems in the field

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel & Powerpoint
