• Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the company‘s market presence and revenue streams.
• Research and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify potential areas for growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.
• Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to drive business initiatives and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Prepare and present business proposals, pitches, and presentations to prospective clients and partners.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of agreements to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships and successful deal closures.
• Track and report on key performance metrics, sales forecasts, and business development activities to senior management.

• Passion for sports.
• Bachelor‘s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles within the sports industry.

• Ability to think strategically, identify opportunities, and drive business growth.
