- Provide sewing application related technical expertise to customers
- Solve sewing related problems onsite or through recommendations based on analyses in our sewing lab.
- Promote the use of company’s products, services and solutions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyze complaints and needle requirements, conduct technical sewing investigation, and prepare investigation reports.
- Conduct technical seminar in customer premises, assist buying houses and customers with technical advice.
- Conduct sewing trial at customer sewing lines. Initiate and guide trials against competitors. Monitor and report technical activities from competitors.
- Manage and develop key customer accounts.
- Participate in development of new products and solutions with internal and external stakeholders.
- Implement short- and long-range goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures as required by the Company’s management.
- Insuring that all marketing tools and materials are available to all customers and partners.
- Promote positive relations with partners, vendors, and distributors.
- Monitor and analyze sales and marketing activity against targets and competitors.

- Being able to make machine adjustments, as well as spare part changes, to improve seam quality.
- Support from colleague during his/her absence

QUALIFICATIONS:

Knowledge & Experience
- Ideally first experience in technical sales for a foreign company in Vietnam, preferable in the Sewing/Garment Industry.
- University or College degree in Textile or textile related field/ Technical field.
- Fluent English and Chinese language skills are a must.

- Outgoing personality, strong interpersonal skills, with a high level of ability to communicate clearly and concisely, especially with foreign customers.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to work on an independent basis.
