Responsibilities:
- Spearhead the development and management of strategic business relationships with top-tier Vietnamese corporate clients, financial institutions (FIs), and foreign direct investors (FDIs), aligning with the bank's strategic vision to achieve ambitious targets.
- Sustain and enhance a high-value client portfolio by customizing the bank's products and services to precisely meet clients' evolving needs.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the Assistant Relationship Manager (ARM), ensuring meticulous client administration and seamless daily transaction monitoring.
- Foster cross-departmental collaboration to ensure the efficient execution of tasks and projects.
- Deliver comprehensive reports and strategic insights to the Department Head and Branch General Manager.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated self-motivation, integrity, independence, responsibility, patience, and a strong work ethic.
- Over 10 years of experience in the field, with a proven track record of managing an active corporate client base.
- Exceptional proficiency in spoken and written English; knowledge of Chinese is a valuable asset.
- Advanced degree in Economics, Banking, Finance, or Accounting. Additional certifications or memberships (e.g., ACCA, CFA) are highly desirable.
- Superior communication, negotiation, and Microsoft Office skills.
