Job description:
- Make recruitment plans for departments according to the direction of the Board of Directors
- Manage recruitment team, implement effective plans to achieve weekly/monthly/quarterly KPIs
- Training human resources specialists to support recruitment and interviewing
- Search and build a network of current and potential candidate relationships to connect and find talent
- Have at least 3 years of experience or more, priority is given to candidates with international work experience recruiting foreign experts
- Graduated from top schools in the country, priority given to candidates graduating from the US, UK,...
- Good negotiation, persuasion and team management skills
- Know how to evaluate people and specific personnel of each department
