​We are seeking an enthusiastic Telesales Representative to contribute to our company’s sales efforts. As a Telesales Representative, your responsibilities will include:

• Contacting Potential or Existing Customers:

• Use scripted communication to inform customers about our products or services.

• Answer any questions they may have about our offerings.

• Understanding Customer Requirements:

• Ask relevant questions to understand customer needs.

• Tailor your approach to close sales effectively.

• Collaboration with Business Development Team:

• Direct prospects to the field sales team when necessary.

• Support BD team for quotation, customer's following up, Joint sale visit,

• Data Management: Enter and update customer information in the database.

• Customer Relations: Handle grievances professionally to maintain the company’s reputation.

• Working location: PVI Tower, Pham Van Bach Street, Cau Giay District

Requirement:

• Bachelor Degree, preferred in Logistics/supply chain, economics or related fields

• Proven experience as a telesales representative or in a similar sales/customer service role. .

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
