1) Scope of work
● Develop a marketing strategy (Conventional and Digital) to drive brand awareness and sales, exhibiting and proactively achieving the company's brand voice and guidelines.
● Execute marketing campaigns and initiatives from conception to launch, followed by analysis.
● Lead the full cycle of content creation and production, managing website, and social media
communications.
● Create a Digital presence with brand recognition, large followerships, and engagement across all
channels (website, FB, Instagram, TikTok, etc).
● Develop and manage marketing budget; analyze and optimize the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, including ROI and other relevant business metrics.
● Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies, and vendors.
● Attend and execute on-site marketing events as needed in support of marketing efforts such as masterclasses, bartender guest shifts, trade shows, conferences, and festivals.
● Hiring and managing the performance of junior roles.
2) Qualification
● Bachelor degree or higher in a related field.
● Language proficiency: fluent in English and Vietnamese speaking and writing.
● Professional skills: Content writing, Communication, Creativity, Growth hacking, Project management
● Technical skills: Content creation and management software and systems, marketing automation tools, SEO, SEM, Content, Social Media, Influencer, Email marketing, CRM, Data & Analytics
● Experience in F&B marketing in either in-house or agency setting, possessing knowledge in spirits is a plus point.
