We’re looking for an energetic, dynamic Head of Merchant Success to build and lead a strong merchant success team and expand relationships with top-tier retailers that will create tremendous value for the business.
You will be the Head of Merchant Success team and will be responsible for leading the team in ensuring the successful development and execution of the Merchant onboarding strategy and accelerating the growth of our merchants.
The ideal candidate thrives in a challenging fast-paced environment, is passionate about building strong relationships with merchants, and possesses the ability and hustle to identify and create growth opportunities for the merchants on the payment platform.
The candidate is also passionate about providing guidance and mentoring to the team to unleash the fullest potential of the team members.
The Successful Applicant
- 8-10+ years of relevant Business Development, Account Management, or Partnership management- experience ideally in B2B2C ecommerce, ewallet, epayments environment with 4-5 years of team management experience.
- Proven track records in merchant success, growing GMV.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Strong commercial acumen - the ability to critically analyze and interpret data independently, supported as required by the F&A analyst.
- Experience working at a high-growth tech company is highly preferred.
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to work fast and smart independently
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Strong desire to work in a start-up environment and comfortable with the constantly evolving sales processes.
