Job Summary
We are looking for a seasoned and results-oriented Head of Sales to spearhead the sales initiatives for our prestigious condominium development. The ideal candidate will have an in-depth understanding of the local real estate market, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven history of driving sales and revenue growth within Ho Chi Minh City's residential sector.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Execution

Design and execute robust sales strategies that align with the company’s business goals.

Conduct thorough market research to identify target demographics and craft compelling sales campaigns.

Support the Sales Gallery & Show Units team while overseeing all sales operations.

Formulate detailed sales plans and ensure their successful implementation.

Track market dynamics, competitive activities, and customer preferences to refine strategies accordingly.

Work closely with development and marketing teams to ensure seamless integration of sales efforts with project timelines.
Sales Management & Leadership

Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales and sales administration team.

Drive motivation and engagement within the team to meet and surpass sales targets.

Implement efficient sales processes and utilize tools to analyze sales performance effectively.
Financial & Budget Management

Develop and oversee the sales budget while supporting marketing budget planning.

Monitor expenditures to maximize resource efficiency.

Provide regular reports detailing sales performance, budget adherence, and financial variances.
Agency Oversight

Recruit and manage external sales agencies to expand market reach.

Supervise agency performance and ensure alignment with project objectives.
Customer Relationship Management

Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospective buyers, real estate agents, and business partners.

Deliver outstanding customer service, promptly addressing inquiries and concerns.

Implement customer relationship management strategies to nurture leads and drive conversions.

Conduct post-sale follow-ups to ensure buyer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills

At least 10 years of experience in real estate sales and marketing, preferably in luxury residential projects.

Established relationships with key real estate agencies and industry stakeholders.

Comprehensive knowledge of the Ho Chi Minh City real estate market, particularly the mid to high-end segments.

A demonstrated history of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.

Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Fluent in both English and Vietnamese.
