  1. Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth across multiple channels including Modern Trade (MT), General Trade (GT), Business-to-Business (B2B), E-commerce, and Retail.
  2. Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, setting clear objectives and providing guidance to achieve sales targets.
  3. Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for expansion and competitive advantage.
  4. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to enhance business opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.
  5. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and supply chain teams to align sales initiatives with overall business objectives.
  6. Monitor and evaluate sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement to senior management.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  2. 10+ years of proven experience in sales leadership roles within the consumer products industry.
  3. In-depth understanding of sales strategies and techniques across various channels.
  4. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  5. Demonstrated ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
  6. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  7. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
