HR Strategy Development:
- Collaborate in defining and implementing business strategies to achieve sustainable and profitable outcomes, ensuring HR plays a pivotal role in the overall business process.
- Support the delivery of key AOP metrics (e.g., volume, net revenue, market share, profit, cash flow, organizational health, I&D metrics, turnover/churn, employee productivity, HSE) by ensuring HR interventions align with and impact business strategies holistically.
- Design, align, and execute people strategies to drive short- and long-term growth through talent acquisition, development, and capability building, including workforce planning, strategic staffing, onboarding, retention, learning & development, performance management, rewards, compensation & benefits, employee wellness, and communication.
- Develop and sustain employee relations strategies and programs to ensure continuous business operations.
Change Leadership:
- Serve as a change champion by supporting business design, implementation, and sustainment of projects (green/brown field), leveraging local and global best practices and trends.
Culture Building:
- Promote a values-based, inclusive, and positive work environment that fosters innovation, high performance, and employee engagement while providing a rewarding workplace.
- Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless business operations.
- Establish a strong community presence through CSR initiatives, collaborating with the Regional Corporate Affairs team to deliver on the corporate agenda.
Employer Branding:
- Act as a representative in HR-related forums, building a strong employer brand by communicating both local and global organizational strengths in line with the company’s employer branding strategy.
HR Excellence & Compliance:
- Continuously develop and coach the HR team to meet evolving business needs and ensure excellence across HR functions.
Required Experience & Competencies:
- University degree.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, preferably with leadership and people management responsibilities.
- Broad experience in various HR functions, such as staffing, training & development, compensation & benefits.
- Proven ability to plan and execute strategic business projects.
- Strong team-building and management skills.
- High level of business acumen, with cross-functional and strategic organizational insights.
- Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English.
- Mature individual with strong ethics, high integrity, and personal qualities such as transparency, approachability, quality focus, and results orientation.
