- To manage HR activities for SP Group Vietnam office
- To strategize and implement new policies and ensure that all policies are following Headquarters and compliance to Vietnam Labor Laws
- To manage all recruitment activities according to the business requirements
- To partner with the business leaders to strategize on organizational structure and achieve better organizational efficiency
- To manage enquiries from the staff on policies
- Work with various HR vendors to ensure smooth operations of the organization
- To establish the HR function within Vietnam and build a robust system for HR management
Requirements:
- Possess a bachelor’s degree in human resource management or relevant function
- Proficient in English
- At least 8 years of working experience with exposure to full spectrum HR work previously, i.e. recruitment, talent management, compensation, employee relations, preferably with a mid-sized growth MNC
- Familiar with local labour laws
