1. Strategic Planning & Market Development:
• Develop and implement comprehensive international sales and marketing strategies to drive brand growth and market penetration.
• Identify and prioritize target markets, evaluating each region’s potential based on competitive landscape, consumer preferences, and regulatory requirements.
• Establish clear market entry and expansion plans, including go-to-market strategies and performance targets.
2. Sales Leadership & Partnership Management:
• Build and manage relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and key retail partners in diverse international markets.
• Oversee and support sales teams and representatives, ensuring alignment with company goals and performance standards.
• Develop and monitor sales metrics, forecasts, and budgets, ensuring revenue targets and growth objectives are consistently met.
3. Marketing & Brand Development:
• Design and execute marketing campaigns tailored to regional markets, highlighting the unique value and story of the craft spirit brand.
• Collaborate with the brand team to create content that resonates with international consumers and emphasizes the brand’s authenticity, craftsmanship, and quality.
• Drive digital marketing, social media, and PR initiatives to enhance brand visibility and consumer engagement in key markets.
4. Market Analysis & Competitive Intelligence:
• Conduct ongoing market research to stay abreast of industry trends, competitive activities, and emerging consumer behaviors in the premium spirit segment.
• Analyze sales data and performance metrics to refine marketing strategies and optimize resource allocation.
• Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership on market opportunities and potential product innovations.
