Customer Strategy and Business Plan:

Manage the customer P&L across categories, counterparts, and budget planning.

Build and nurture relationships with customers.

Develop and execute a strategic business plan for each customer, creating a joint business plan with the customer. Lead and drive Joint Business Planning in line with global standards in partnership with the customer.

Collaborate closely with the customer, CSP, and BU to create and implement a Cell Approach plan.

Work in tandem with CSP Managers for category insights and with customer marketing teams to develop the customer/channel plan.

Plan and develop in-store communication activations for customer/channel initiatives.

Generate insights specific to assigned customers/channels, focusing on store layout and traffic patterns.

Oversee in-store extra visibility/highlight displays (execution is not part of this responsibility).

Design and guide the implementation of customer events.

Set clear objectives and deliverables for the Field Operation Team.
- Implement customer audits to ensure ongoing performance and compliance.
Negotiation:

Finalize deals with customers by negotiating trade terms, trade funding, and counterparts in alignment with company's strategy for the customer.

Manage overall levels of customer investment for assigned customers.

Track and monitor customer performance, focusing on their contribution and market share across major categories.
Active Ambassador Role:

Act as a strong ambassador for company within the customer organization and vice versa, advocating for the customer within company.
- Actively participate in account manager meetings, contributing to the identification of the best solutions for the business, even when it falls outside the specific scope for the customer.
Requirements:

4+ years of experience in Sales.

Experience in two to three roles within Customer Marketing, Trade Category Management, and Account Management/Field Sales (particularly for those pursuing a Customer Development career).

Ideal background includes Customer Facing experience combined with Brand Building experience.
