​RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer Management

  • Responsible for building and maintaining good relationship with assigned modern trade customers at right level, especially on the daily operation and business interaction with Buyer.

  • Understand well customer insight, needs, strategies to assist KAM to grow long term business and contract/ trading term negotiation.

  • Work with assigned customers on (sales volume, promotion, category management, listing, pricing, other kpi …)

  • Support KAM to build JBP, T2T strategic engagement.

Account planning

  • Responsible for customer strategy and perfect store execution of customer assigned to deliver business objective and channel strategies, under KAM’s direction for total group Key account management.

  • Responsible for long-term and short-term customer activities and objective: including IBP process with yearly/quarterly/monthly sales target, FC, sales fundamental, trade programs (trade promotion, consumer promotion, support activities, etc.), perfect store KPI and execution, following the direction from KAM.

  • Work with other functions such as MKT, Trade MKT, supply chain, finance… for customer plan and operation.

Budget management

  • Manage CIW budget of assigned customer, under KAM direction and management.

  • Assist KAM to manage budget for total group.

  • Accrual, reconcile budget for future plan.

  • Customer payment, collection.

Others

  • Well understand shopper and their insight turning into business action.

  • Accountable for daily/ weekly/ monthly sending reports accurately and timely.

  • Responsible for checking competitors, market information, trade promotion, activities & others reimbursements.

  • Others assigned by line manager.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Good strategic thinking and well-planned in executions

  • Good analytical skills, communication and good team player

  • Entrepreneurship (take the business as their own)

  • Have knowledge in Sales Performance Management system on In-Store Missions, Customer Management, Category Management.

  • Having experience in MT channel/ Trade Marketing but still open for fresh graduation.

  • Good command of English
