About the Role:
The Logistics Sales Executive is responsible for business development, acquiring new customers, and driving sales revenue across logistics services. The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial mindset, a proactive approach, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and expand the external client portfolio, increasing market share.

Conduct market research and prospect potential customers in various industries.

Promote logistics solutions, including ocean & air freight, contract logistics, and express courier services.

Build and maintain a strong business pipeline with new customer acquisitions.

Manage customer relationships, drive revenue growth, and ensure retention.

Meet sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Collaborate with internal teams to develop competitive offers and maintain service excellence.

Provide market insights and sales performance reports to the sales leader.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education:
-
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Experience:
-
At least 2 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, express courier, or contract logistics, preferably in sales or business development.
Skills:
-
Strong commercial mindset with a proactive, results-driven approach.

Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.

Ability to identify and engage key decision-makers.

Proficiency in Vietnamese and English; additional language skills are a plus.

Good understanding of logistics services, market trends, and Vietnam’s economic landscape.
