Position Details:

  • Title: Sales Executive

  • Location: Ho Chi Minh City

  • Reporting to: Sales Manager (Foreigner)

  • Salary: Negotiable

About the Role:

The Logistics Sales Executive is responsible for business development, acquiring new customers, and driving sales revenue across logistics services. The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial mindset, a proactive approach, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and expand the external client portfolio, increasing market share.

  • Conduct market research and prospect potential customers in various industries.

  • Promote logistics solutions, including ocean & air freight, contract logistics, and express courier services.

  • Build and maintain a strong business pipeline with new customer acquisitions.

  • Manage customer relationships, drive revenue growth, and ensure retention.

  • Meet sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop competitive offers and maintain service excellence.

  • Provide market insights and sales performance reports to the sales leader.


Qualifications & Skills:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.

Experience:

  • At least 2 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, express courier, or contract logistics, preferably in sales or business development.

Skills:

  • Strong commercial mindset with a proactive, results-driven approach.

  • Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to identify and engage key decision-makers.

  • Proficiency in Vietnamese and English; additional language skills are a plus.

  • Good understanding of logistics services, market trends, and Vietnam’s economic landscape.
