Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer P&L by category and lead budget planning.

  • Build strategic partnerships and execute Joint Business Plans with key customers.

  • Identify growth opportunities through Target Group Management and market development plans.

  • Collaborate with Category, Trade Marketing, and Operations teams for seamless execution.

  • Develop and implement channel strategies, promotional plans, and in-store activations.

  • Lead customer negotiations on trade terms, investments, and performance targets.

  • Provide insights on shopper behavior and channel performance.

  • Guide field teams with clear objectives and manage customer audits.

  • Represent the company in client meetings and contribute to cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years’ experience in Account Management or Field Sales.

  • Experience in Brand Building or Customer/Trade Marketing is a plus.
