Key Responsibilities

Manage customer P&L by category and lead budget planning.

Build strategic partnerships and execute Joint Business Plans with key customers.

Identify growth opportunities through Target Group Management and market development plans.

Collaborate with Category, Trade Marketing, and Operations teams for seamless execution.

Develop and implement channel strategies, promotional plans, and in-store activations.

Lead customer negotiations on trade terms, investments, and performance targets.

Provide insights on shopper behavior and channel performance.

Guide field teams with clear objectives and manage customer audits.
-
Represent the company in client meetings and contribute to cross-functional collaboration.
Requirements
-
2–3 years’ experience in Account Management or Field Sales.

Experience in Brand Building or Customer/Trade Marketing is a plus.
