Key Responsibilities:

Loan Portfolio Management:
- Develop and execute strategies to grow the personal loan portfolio while maintaining quality lending standards.
- Monitor and analyze loan performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize the portfolio.

Loan Origination:
- Lead the loan origination process, including application intake, credit analysis, and approval or denial decisions.
- Ensure that loan applications are processed efficiently and in compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.

Team Leadership:
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of loan officers.
- Set performance targets and provide coaching and feedback to team members to achieve lending goals.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.

Customer Service:
- Provide exceptional customer service to loan applicants, addressing inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure a seamless and positive customer experience throughout the loan application process.

Compliance and Risk Management:
- Stay up-to-date with lending regulations and ensure all lending activities comply with local, state, and federal laws.
- Implement risk management strategies to minimize loan defaults.

Reporting and Analysis:
- Generate regular reports on loan portfolio performance, loan application volumes, and other relevant metrics.
- Use data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven experience in personal lending, with at least [X] years of experience in a managerial or leadership role.
