RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Recruitment tasks
Set goals, processes, regulations and recruitment tools and follow recruitment regulation.
Coordinate with related departments to build job title standards, describe responsibilities and skill set for each position.
Coordinate with relevant departments to build test questions bank for labor recruitment (both indirect and direct labor).
Build, control and implement ISO recruitment processes and Recruitment evaluation results.
2. Evaluation tasks
Establish standards, processes, regulations, evaluation process and achievements awards.
Carry out the evaluation process and its assessment results.
Build and control ISO procedures related to employee evaluation.
Responsible for health & safety, environmental protection and saving.
3. Others
Monthly recruitment Report.
Following HR vendors about Recruitment status and support vendors on internal process.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor in Human Resource, Law or Economic.
At least 3 years of experience in human resources (experience in oil & gas industry is a plus)
Good at English
Experience in consulting hiring managers, offer stages
Good communication
