We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as a Recruitment and Administration Assistant. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support and contributing to the recruitment process, with a specific focus on Korean language proficiency.
Responsibilities
Recruitment Support:
- Assist in the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs and develop job descriptions.
- Post job openings on various platforms and manage applicant tracking systems.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and schedule interviews.
- Prepare offer letters and employment contracts.
- Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires.
Administrative Support:
- Manage office supplies and equipment.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems.
- Provide general administrative support to the team.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations.
- Assist with event planning and coordination.
- Translate and interpret documents and communications between the company and Korean counterparts.
- Provide Korean language support for recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate communications, and interviews.
- Handle Korean customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Korean language (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Previous experience in recruitment or administrative roles is preferred.
