Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain an intelligent customer service system, including but not limited to compiling frequently asked questions, managing a knowledge base, and routing inquiries to customer service staff.
Develop and optimize automated moderation features for images that violate regulations and contain prohibited content.
Design and implement natural language processing modules for moderating user comments and product content.
Develop a product price checking system to ensure reasonable pricing.
Collaborate closely with the product team to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
Participate in code reviews and write technical documentation to ensure code quality and adherence to project timelines.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science or related fields, with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
Proficient in Python programming language, demonstrating good coding practices and a solid foundation in algorithms.
Familiar with popular machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch
