​Job description:

a. Expand Customer base:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring their needs are met and identifying upsell opportunities.

- Prepare and submit sales contracts, quotes, and orders accurately. 

- Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop sales strategies and improve sales processes. 

- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. 

- Keep detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions in system. 

b. Promotion campaign:

- Prospect and generate leads through various channels. 

- Conduct product presentations to potential customers. 

- Stay up to date with industry trends and competitors to provide customers with valuable insights. 

c. Online store:

 - Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

​Qualifications and Requirements:

- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.(Modern Trade and General Trade )

- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field preferred but not required. 

- Excellent communication in English or Chinese

- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. 

- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus. 

- A network of potential clients in the industry. 

Salary and Benefits:

- Competitive base salary 12 - 15,000,000 VND/month + plus commission. 

- Social Insurance and Annual Leave (according to VN Labor Law)

- Phone & Meal Allowance: 2,000,000 VND/month . Transportation: Grab

- 13th month salary.
