Responsibilities

New market development for health dietary supplement ingredients

Accountable for identifying sales leads and prospects of chemicals sales & distribution to the health supplement and pharmaceutical manufacturing industries.

Field market research in Vietnam.

To meet the goals and KPIs set by the management, with strategic planning.

Initiate cold-calling and prepare sales materials, and creatively plan and execute sales activities.
-
Provide valuable technical service and advice to customers.
-
Sales planning and ability to recognize customer’s needs and requirements, and to increase the platform by expanding customers and product base.
-
Analyze the market situation, competition, and customers buying trends.
-
Ensure timely response to internal/external customers' inquiries, feedback, and comments.
-
Manage reports in sales, development, and forecast.
-
Manage collection and customer accounts.
-
Stock planning with the supply chain in inventory management.
-
Build, strengthen, and optimize relationships with customers and business partners.
-
Any ad-hoc duties as assigned
Qualifications
-
3-10 years experience in health supplement and pharmaceutical ingredient sales.
-
Have a good network with supplement and pharmaceutical manufacturing customers.
-
Min degree holder in Chemistry or Bio-Science with a good GPA.
-
Proficient in ENGLISH.
-
Sales and Technical experience will be an advantage.

Good sales and marketing skills are required.

Dedicated team player with self-motivation, independent, result-oriented, and able to work under pressure.

Ability to analyze, make decisions,s and take appropriate actions for better results.
