Responsibilities:
Achieving Sales Goals 

  • Oversee a segment of the Vietnam sales team to meet sales objectives in designated territories. 

  • Implement and track sales and branding strategies within assigned regions. 

  • Deliver precise monthly and quarterly sales forecasts. 

  • Grow and maintain the customer network in the assigned areas. 

  • Establish new partnerships and customer connections. 

  • Work closely with the Country Manager to develop and execute go-to-market plans for the regions. 

Account Development 

  • Actively collaborate with team members to grow and manage accounts in assigned areas. 

  • Partner with the Country Manager to create and carry out strategic market plans. 

Team Leadership and Development 

  • Train and mentor team members under your supervision. 

  • Oversee team performance and support their growth. 

  • Assign tasks effectively and monitor outcomes. 

  • Inspire and coach team members to reach their sales targets. 

  • Conduct regular team meetings to ensure alignment on goals and strategies. 

Brand Promotion & Event Marketing 

  • Take part in marketing activities and events within the designated regions. 

  • Showcase products during industry events, seminars, and client meetings. 

  • Coordinate customer service and support as needed. 

Requirements:
Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required. 

Experience: 

  • 7–10 years of relevant experience, including a minimum of 2 years in a sales leadership role. 

  • Preferably has a background in the education sector. 

  • Experience working within international organizations and navigating global matrix structures. 

Skills and Expertise: 

  • Strong sales acumen and a goal-driven mindset. 

  • Capable of delivering sales training. 

  • Comfortable working with numbers and performing data analysis. 

  • Proven leadership skills, with a track record of setting and surpassing goals. 

  • Skilled at building and maintaining productive relationships with clients and colleagues. 

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. 

  • Demonstrated team management capabilities, both onsite and remotely. 

  • A proactive, hands-on leader who leads by example. 

  • Able to perform well under pressure in a dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities. 

  • Effective time management and multitasking skills to balance regional sales and team leadership duties. 

  • Fluent in both English and Vietnamese, in writing and speaking. 

  • Strong presentation and customer service skills. 

  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using modern digital tools.
