Job Title: Senior Account Manager - Health & Beauty

Position Overview:

As a Senior Account Manager for the Health & Beauty category, you will lead the strategic development and management of partnerships within the health and beauty sector. Your role will be pivotal in driving growth, optimizing product listings, and ensuring the success of our health and beauty category on our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Account Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key health and beauty suppliers, overseeing their complete journey with the platform.

  2. Sales Growth: Be responsible for enhancing revenue in the Health & Beauty category by managing accounts effectively, negotiating favorable terms, and fostering valuable partnerships.

  3. Category Expertise: Stay informed about industry trends and market dynamics within the health and beauty sector, and leverage this knowledge to make data-driven decisions and become a category expert.

  4. Product Listing Optimization: Collaborate with suppliers to ensure product listings are compelling, accurate, and optimized for sales.

  5. Strategic Planning: Partner with cross-functional teams to create and execute strategies for category growth, encompassing marketing, supply chain, and operations.

  6. Performance Monitoring: Regularly analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), sales metrics, and market data to identify opportunities for enhancement and revenue growth.

  7. Forecasting and Reporting: Develop regular reports on category performance and present them to senior management, as well as creating forecasts and budgets.

  8. Negotiation: Negotiate terms, pricing, and promotional strategies with suppliers to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in account management within the Health & Beauty sector, with a preference for e-commerce or retail experience.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • A data-driven and analytical mindset, with the ability to use data to inform decisions.
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and technologies is advantageous.
