- Policy planning, manage workforce planning
- Analysis HR Big data & prepare global report quarterly (analysis HR primary index,
- discover improvement point)
- Manage HR basic compliance (continuous work on the weekend/ overtime)
- Conduct C&B Activities, collecting data from other HR to make a report
- Establish company’s strategy and translate it into reality
- HR News, prepare AP SL letter and share to office
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in related fields. Master degree is prefer
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in Human Resource role.
- High level of analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organization, communication and interpersonal skills
- Good team player
- Highly Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Having experience in the Consulting company and to be familiar to OKR is advantage
